Heaton House operates seasonally from mid May through October.
B&B guestrooms are $65 per night, double occupancy, breakfast and tax included.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. B&B reservations are confirmed with payment in full for a one night stay or 50% deposit for two or more nights, balance due on arrival. We accept personal checks for reservations, cash or traveler’s checks upon arrival. Sorry, we do not process credit cards. B&B cancellations with full refund are accepted no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Continental breakfast is served 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, assorted baked goods, fruit, and cereal. Lunch and dinner catering is available.
Heaton House Vacation Rental:
Sleeps 10 guests at the following rates (see details @www.VRBO#335888):
July and August: $1200 per week/$200 per day/2 day minimum plus tax
June and September: $1000 per week/$200 per day plus tax
May and October: $850 per week/$175 per day plus tax
Heaton House is smoke free.
Ample storage is available for trailers, fishing, biking and hiking gear.
Heaton House can be reserved for small events.
